Voyeurism is hard for me to get into if one of the party doesn't know they're being watched. A sex tape, on the other hand...
And hey! I'm glad that the way I wrote Chekov's voice worked for you. Yeah, I know what you mean about some authors butchering how he talks and throwing in more Russian words than he actually used in the movie. Personally, I believe that each character should have their own distinct voice, and when you're reading a fic, you should be able to tell the difference. Usually fics have "Blah blah," [character] said, but the best kinds are the dialog-only fics where you know who's who.
I'm not really a dialog-only fan, but if you can get to the point where the character's voices are distinguishable, then I'd say it's good. :D
And yay for humor and snark and sexiness. I had actually read a sex tips article before writing this (or maybe it was during), but it was basically, "Sex isn't just purple-prose and shattering orgasms. It's funny, messy, wonderful." So, yeah.
