Scenes I Loved [which was hard to do because I sort of want to say 'EVERYTHING']:

Desperate Measures - the scene where Justin is lecturing Harry. I loved it because it summed up the status of their relationship incredibly well. If you knew nothing of the canon it would describe and explain Harry's alienation of Justin's world. Also the Potion scene. Because, well potion, but also because of the explanation of how feelings are not switches. They simply can't be flipped off but are intensely more complex. A perfect set up for the explanation of Harry's feelings for Bob and as to why he can never just get over him.
The First Departure - the whole thing really, but especially the last lines of describing Bob seeing Harry leave. A scene made all the more powerful after reading the series and realizing that Bob thought that he'd never see Harry again. It was all I could do not cry for him.
The First Lover - again love for the whole thing but especially that bit where Harry thinks that he would have stayed with Dieter is he didn't already love Bob. *sighs happy* Harry loves so intensely.
The First Confidant - I admit that I wiggled and squeaked with joy when I recognized Ebenezer as well as when he first called Harry 'Hoss', but I have special love for Ebenezer being a touchstone to Harry's parents in a way that Justin has never been. And how it is something that Harry needs so badly but never got. *flails*
The First Return - Where Bob and Harry are reunited, but especially for Harry realizing that he'd gone and fallen in love with Bob and his barely suppressed freak out. Made me desperately wish I could read it from Bob's POV and when he realized that he'd also fallen for Harry.
The First Heart-to-Heart - Again for the whole thing, but especially for Ebenezer telling Harry that he doesn’t' have to tell him anything and the whole 'It'll get here sooner or later'. Because it's also practically the motto for the Harry/Bob. *full of Ebenezer love*
The First Epiphany - I admit I spent more time biting my nails for Harry in this, but I also fist pumped the air when Harry accepted his feeling for Bob! \o/
The First Confrontation - Sure, I was hurting for them both in this. But especially Harry ordering Bob into the skull because I could practically feel Bob's terror at the order while Harry didn't have a freaking clue. That's brilliant writing since that bit was being told by Harry's POV.
The First Oath - The bit where Harry is trying to apologize by pretending everything is back to normal for them before actually saying the words. *snorts* Such a male. That this scene is also about figuring out how to make the kinetic rings work! And of course, Harry's oath to Bob and that his protectiveness/love of Bob is what makes him say it. *flails*
The First Meeting of Minds - So much love for Bob's protectiveness of Harry but especially for him demanding to know why Ebenezar was there and standing in front of Harry as if that would do anything. Aw, Bob! Also, Bob and Ebenezar bonding over Harry's trouble making ways. Ha! Though I'm still wondering what the symbol means. *pleading eyes*
The First Spring Cleaning - Again, I adored the entire thing, but my heart was won by the story of Bob's past. Reading it again was made all the more awesome after knowing the dragon is Mai.
