Yeah, I'm thinking that Six and Seven (except for Seven's last season/series) got some really bad stuff.
As for falling off an exercise bike, wha? I know that on the show, Six had the console blow up in his face, and as a result, he regenerated into Seven (which is kind of bad, because if it were that intense an explosion, there should've been a large chunk of the console MISSING)...
