*shakes head* What kind of fantasy world is the man living in? He's lost the battle before it's begun.
There is a depressing sort of fatality to the man's reasoning that strikes a chord in me. However, there are several false notes... he can't possibly think he can hold out against young Bertram's youthful charms. He's just too heart-meltingly adorable. Even cold, hard, Jeevesian logic should be no match for it.
